Willow Weaving Workshop: Napkin Holders

Learn about some of the basics of weaving with willow branches and make napkin holders to add a woodsy flair to your table! Come to the Willow Weaving Workshop on Sunday, April 26th at 1PM at the
Hurstville Interpretive Center to try it yourself. Willow weaving is one of the oldest crafts in history. Willows are a quick growing tree with easily bendable branches, making them a great resource for weaving. Classic weaving projects typically include baskets, but you can make so much with willow, Including napkin rings! Supplies and instructions will be provided for participants.
