Heartfelt donation pushes Barn of Dreams fundraiser to $750,000 checkpoint

The Barn of Dream Committee reported fundraising at around $750,000, marking a major checkpoint towards the $2-million goal.

While every donation is vital and important, committee member Ashley Schnoor-Johnson says a recent one was particularly touching.

The Barn of Dreams is hoping to begin construction on the building immediately after the 2027 Jackson County Fair, should all the funding be secured.

To help spread awareness and fundraise for the project, the organization is hosting a steak and legacy dinner at the fairgrounds this Saturday evening.
