E-vehicle presentation rescheduled for next Maquoketa City Council meeting

The Maquoketa City Council meeting took place yesterday evening in the council chambers of the city hall.

One main item to be discussed was the presentation from City Manager Josh Boldt and Police Chief Brendan Zeimet about e-bike, e-scooter, and e-vehicle safety program. The presentation was rescheduled to the next city council meeting after Chief Zeimet was unable to attend the meeting due to sickness.

The rest of the council meeting went as normal. Comments from the public were heard and all items on the agenda were discussed and voted on unanimously.
