A Maquoketa woman was arrested Wednesday during a traffic stop.
According to police reports, Maquoketa officers stopped 63-year-old Tonya Lavake while she was driving.
During the stop, officers observed signs of intoxication and Lavake consented to both a field sobriety test and a preliminary breath test.
According to the report, Lavake failed the field sobriety tests and registered a blood alcohol content of 0.20.
Lavake is charged with 3rd or subsequent OWI, driving with a revoked license, and failure to have an ignition interlock system.
