City of Dubuque establishes 15-year vision

The City of Dubuque has announced the next 15-year plan for the city and various projects aimed to improve it.

The City Council broke the plan into several segments, from improving roadways, underground infrastructure, natural areas, law enforcement, and several others. By 2041, the city is aiming to be a more safe, welcoming, and prosperous community.
