The Maquoketa Halloween Spooktacular is gearing up for their activities coming in October. Right now according to the group there are rocks painted black hidden all across the City of Maquoketa. Residents, and tourists are encouraged to seek the rocks, take a selfie with it and hide the rock or keep it. They are excited to get going in October. Be sure to look for one when you’re out and about in Maquoketa.
