Dubuque bus service made free for local students

Dubuque college students can ride the public bus service for completely free.

The City of Dubuque announced yesterday that for the 4th year in a row, Dubuque’s public transit – The Jule – will not charge students to utilize the service.

In addition to college students, any students K-12 will also be able to have their fee waived.

Students will need to display their student ID to utilize the Jule for free. The eligibility of this is limited to the colleges in Dubuque, with students from other schools still required to pay the $1.50 for the Jule.
