Eddy Street construction delayed until 8/6

The paving of Eddy Street in Maquoketa has been delayed.

Construction was supposed to start today but has been pushed back due to the expected weather for today. The city is asking all residents to remove their cars off of the streets and driveways starting this evening.

The street will also need time to cure, and will be accessible for driving starting next week.
