A DeWitt man was arrested Saturday at the Jackson County Fair.
Jackson County Deputies arrested 18-year-old Michael Palmer after he allegedly refused to leave the fairgrounds and assaulted security officers.
Palmer also consented to a preliminary breath test, registering a .20 blood alcohol level.
Palmer was arrested and charged with assault, interference with official acts, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication.
