East Central Intergovernmental Association announces new brand identity

The East Central Intergovernmental Association, or ECIA, has announced a new brand identity to help improve local counties and communities.

The ECIA is made up of local governmental bodies in the five counties of Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, and Jackson.

According to the ECIA, the new brand reflects the organization’s core mission of helping communities grow and plan with confidence. The association works across five categories to bring resources and experience to these local communities.

Those areas include community and economic development, housing assistance, transportation planning, and transit services.
