The Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Dairy Team will host a series of on-farm dairy processing field days, with Moore Local being one of the 4 farms selected.
The trips will highlight how regional dairy producers are investing into niche markets such as cheese production. Registration for the program is completely free but is required to be done a week before the scheduled date.
The trip to Moore Local will be on September 8th from 11am-2pm, and will start at the ISU Outreach building.
