Sabula man arrested, accused of throwing firework explosive at neighbor

A Sabula man was arrested on July 4th on three different charges.

According to the official police reports, 21 year old Cole Peiffer allegedly threw a firework charge into the garage of a neighbor during an argument. The explosion from the fireworks caused damages to the structure and its interior.

Peiffer was arrested and charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon, reckless use of explosives, and 2nd degree criminal mischief.
