Veterans March in Bellevue’s Heritage Day Parade open to all veterans

A special All Veterans March will take place within the Bellevue Heritage Day Parade on July 4th.

The American Legion is the lead organizer for the march but it will incorporate all veterans who wish to join it. Legionnaires Darryl Eggers and John Pitlo invited every veteran to participate, and gave some history on how the march started.

As they wanted to ensure as many veterans could participate as possible, a riding option in a dedicated wagon will be available as well. They ask veterans to be at the starting locations no later than 9:30am on Saturday July 4th.
