Maquoketa man transported to hospital after motorcycle accident in Jones County
A Maquoketa man was transported to the hospital after a motorcycle accident.
According to the Iowa State Patrol crash report, 68-year-old Chester Lee Sutton was travelling on his motorcycle on road D61 in Jones County on Saturday afternoon. The report then states that he entered the shoulder of the road, losing control, and being ejected from his seat before landing in the ditch.
Jones County officials and the ISP all responded to the crash, with Sutton being transported to a nearby hospital for treatment by Cascade ambulance.
