Jackson County to host public meeting discussing regulations on data center construction

Jackson County officials will host a public work session on proposed data center regulations for the county.
The proposed ordinance to be reviewed outlines rules and regulations for placement, construction, safety, noise, alongside many other factors.
The purpose of this meeting is to allow the zoning commission and county supervisor a chance to review the proposal, receive public feedback, and identify what may need to be changed.
No final action or decision will be made at the meeting.
The meeting will be in the community room of the Jackson County Courthouse. The doors open at 6:30pm with the meeting starting at 7pm on Monday June 15th.
