Dubuque woman arrested after police chase in Maquoketa

A Dubuque woman was arrested over the weekend on several different charges.
According to the official police report, on Saturday May 30th, Maquoketa officers responded to a report of a no contact order violation. When police arrived on scene they allegedly found 34-year-old Katrina Lutz attempting to leave in her vehicle and ordered her to stop.
Lutz then fled from police initiating a short chase before she was arrested. During the arrest officers saw Lutz display signs of intoxication, with a breathalyzer test showing a blood alcohol content of .192.
Lutz is charged with Eluding in speeds of 25mph over the posted limit, violation of a no contact order, operating while under the influence, and interference with official acts. She also received over $500 in citations.
