Event for veterans organized by JC Senior Center

The Jackson County Senior Center is hosting at least one major event every week in June.

This week’s event is a special one for veterans, as they will be taking a trip down to the Rock Island Arsenal Museum. Linda Schwenker spoke about the event and how much she’s enjoyed organizing the trip.

This event is fully booked, as well as most of the other events being organized. However, Linda stated that anyone interested should still contact her to be put on a wait list, as cancellations have and do occur.
