KMAQ SPORTS: Results from Tuesday 5/26

SOFTBALL-

Maquoketa fell on the road to Davenport North 7-5 and 3-2.

Central DeWitt held off Camanche 8-7.

BASEBALL-

Marquette Catholic handled Midland in 5 innings 11-1.

Tonight the Cardinals will be in Clinton taking on the River Kings in a doubleheader starting at 5pm.

BOYS TENNIS-

Central DeWitt’s Max Froeschle and Ashton Schneider will play today at Byrnes Park in Waterloo at the Class 1A State Boys Doubles. They will face Cal Jordan/Strummer Grout from Boone High School beginning at 10am in the Round of 16 in Match 3. If they win, they will play in Match 2 of the quarterfinals.

BOYS SOCCER-

The postseason resumes tonight.

In 2A- Maquoketa will travel to West Liberty at 7pm.

In 1A- Marquette Catholic will entertain West Branch at 5pm
