Bellevue mayor discusses new city scooter ordinance

The City of Bellevue has enforced the new scooter ordinance and held safety classes for over 50 kids.
The Mayor William Riestroffer spoke more about the ordinance, why it was drafted and enacted, and how the implementation of it has progressed.
While the safety classes will not be available again until last September, the amount of kids that have already participated is showing its importance.
Mayor Reistroffer spoke highly of the officers leading the class, who ensure it is engaging and fun while remaining educational.
