Bridge construction in Jackson County ahead of schedule

The two bridges that are closed for construction in Jackson County are progressing well.

Jackson County Supervisor Don Schwenker spoke more about the bridge closures and the areas around them being used for detours. While no major issues have come up, there have been adjustments made to one of the detour routes.

The construction on the bridges are both advancing ahead of schedule, but are still expected to last most of the season. Detour routes are posted in the area and are being adjusted as needed.
