The right turn lane from E. 20th St. to Elm St. in Dubuque will be closed at the five-way intersection between E. 20th St., Elm St., Garfield Ave., and Rhomberg Ave.
The closure is to allow for construction of an ADA ramp in the area. The closure starts today and will be lasting until this Thursday, making southbound travel unavailable from that intersection.
