Delmar man arrested in Maquoketa for 3rd OWI

A Delmar man was arrested in Maquoketa on Saturday for drunk driving.
Just after 1:30am Maquoketa police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driving without their headlights on. Robert Genaw of Delmar was the driver and only occupant in the vehicle, and displayed signs of intoxication to the officer.
Genaw then consented to field sobriety tests, failing many of the tests. Genaw was transported to the Jackson County Jail where he consented to the DataMaster test, showing a blood alcohol content of 0.155.
Genaw was then arrested and charged with his 3rd OWI.
