Jackson County Humane Society will host new event at the Jackson County Fairgrounds

The Jackson County Humane Society is organizing a fundraising event over Memorial Day Weekend.
The event coordinator for the humane society Amy Quintana organizes many events throughout the year, with a brand new one coming up this month. The event will be at the Jackson County Fairgrounds and will have vendors, food, games, kids activities, and a petting zoo with some more unique animals.
With all of these activities occurring, there is an admission cost. However, Amy mentioned that as a nonprofit organization, they never want to charge more than necessary, and are purposely keeping the cost as affordable as possible.
The fundraising event will kick off at noon on Sunday May 24th at the Jackson County Fairgrounds. With admission costing just 3 dollars and plenty of activities, food, and items to enjoy, the humane society is hoping to see as many people there as possible.
