Dubuque offices closed for Thursday morning staff event

The City of Dubuque will have an Employee Recognition Event this Thursday which will see some offices closed in the morning.

The City and parks and rec offices will be closed until 11am, with the Carnegie-Stout Public Library opening at noon. Bus routes will function as normal, and waste facilities and pick up will be open as usual, but pick up time may be delayed slightly from normal.

All officers and public safety personnel will be open and working as usual.

Residents in need of emergency assistance during the closure are encouraged to call 9-1-1. For non-emergency issues, call 563-589-4415.
