Work release resident fails to return to Davenport

A work release resident serving time for crimes committed in Jackson County did not return over the weekend.

Alex Ethan Wright failed to report to the Davenport Work Release and OWI Center on Saturday May 2nd.

Wright is serving time for the crimes of Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, Unauthorized Use of Credit Cards, Robbery 2nd Degree, and Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury in Jackson County.

Wright is described as a 31-year-old, 5’9″ tall, 238-pound White male. He was admitted to work release on March 9th of this year.

Officials are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact their local law enforcement.
