Roosevelt St. in Dubuque partial closure

Roosevelt St. in Dubuque will have a partial closure for the day.

Utility work is being done in the area resulting in a northbound lane closure near Jansen St. until 5 p.m. tonight. Detour signs are posted in the area to help drivers navigate around the closure.
