Maquoketa School FFA plant sale starts tomorrow

The Maquoketa Schools and FFA will kick off their plant sale tomorrow afternoon. The plant sale is organized by the Ag Teacher and FFA Advisor Cassie George and operated by the FFA students who take the class and volunteer.

The plant sale has been done for the last 5 years since the greenhouse has been available for housing and growing the plants. The students who take the class are in charge of caring for the plants when they receive them in early February.

The plant sale will start tomorrow afternoon at 3:30pm and last until 5pm. It will continue over the weekend and into next week as well. Cash and check will be accepted but cards cannot be used.
