A road in Dubuque has reopened ahead of schedule.
The section of Loras Blvd. from the Bluff St. intersection to Locust St. was closed due to construction that was being done on the road, with it planned to continue into next week.
The construction has progressed much quicker than expected and as of today the lane is completely open for traffic once again.
