Summary of this year’s Lunch With the Law program

The Maquoketa Elementary School has almost wrapped up their new program for younger kids to connect and engage with local law enforcement.

Principal Sara Bennis and Assistant Chief JT Thomson spoke more about this event on today’s Just Talk.

This program saw good engagement from all those involved, and was funded purely through donations. They are also considering options to expand the program to more students.
