The AMVETS post in Andrew are raising funds for their many different events, but also for a more pressing purpose.
Members of the AMVETS were on Just Talk to discuss their different fundraising events and what they do with the funds. The first item needed is a new furnace for the building.
In order to raise the funds, they have decided to kick off their fundraising with a chicken dinner to contrast the recent fish fry’s.
The meal will be at the Andrew community center on April 17th. Supporting the AMVETS in their efforts will be rewarded with a delicious chicken meal.
