Section of Dubuque’s University Ave closed until April

Parts of University Ave. in Dubuque will be closed for the rest of the month.

University Ave. will be closed between Delhi St. and Atlantic St. while concrete replacements are being done in the area.

The closure started today and will last until the end of April 1st. Detour signs are posted in the area while the construction is being done.
