More information about the roll over that occurred last Friday has been released.
On March 6th just before 9pm, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office was called for a car that rolled into a ditch on 158th Street.
When officials arrived on scene they found the driver, 31-year-old Alexandra Biehl of Sabula, standing outside the vehicle which was on its side. After getting checked for injuries, Biehl was questioned by police about the accident.
Biehl admitted to having consumed alcohol before driving and stated she lost control of her car when texting on her phone.
Biehl refused any and all field sobriety tests and breathalyzer tests, and was arrested and charged with her 2nd offence of Operating While Under the Influence.
