Maple syrup making process open to the public at caves state park

The Maquoketa Caves State Park and the Friends group will be boiling maple sap tomorrow and Saturday from 8am to 4pm.

The event is completely open to the public and will be held at the sugar shack near the youth group camping area. If you are wanting to learn more about the process of maple syrup making, then stop by anytime during those hours tomorrow or Saturday.
