The Keep Iowa Beautiful organization released the top winners of each category, which included people from around the area.
Scott Hoag of DeWitt won multiple spots in different categories, taking 1st place in the Robert D. Ray Best of Show, 1st place in Iowa Cities, 3rd place in Iowans in Action, 1st and 2nd place in Hometown Pride, and had the overall public winner.
Silas Clough of Zwingle received 1st place in the Iowa Water category.
