Long-Term Closure of Dubuque’s Old Mill Road

A heavily used road in Dubuque will be closed for two months starting in March.

On March 16th, Old Mill Rd. will be closed between Manson Rd. and the Catfish Creek bridge, and will last until at least May 22nd.

Construction will begin for a new sanitary sewer lift station and to allow for ease of construction and reduced risk of accidents, Old Mill Rd. will be closed near the area.

Signs will be in the area the week leading up to the closure, and a detour route has already been planned.
