Road closure in Dubuque for water main repairs

A road is closed in Dubuque until tomorrow evening.

Due to water main repair, Hillcrest Rd. from Judson Dr. to Carter Rd. is closed until 5pm tomorrow. Detour signs are posted in the area to help drivers navigate around the closure. The expected end date tomorrow is just an estimation, with delays possible if they are deemed necessary.
