The Iowa DNR is organizing public meetings to recap hunting, trapping seasons, and discuss possible rule changes.
These meetings are being held all over the state of Iowa, and one of them will be here in Maquoketa. March 3rd at 7pm at the Hurstville Interpretive Center is the closest public meeting, and is completely open to the public.
Potential rule and regulation changes will be shared at the meeting, with public input being welcomed and encouraged.
