Maquoketa State Bank will invest $150,000 into Maquoketa Splash Pad

The Maquoketa State Bank has announced a large investment into the Maquoketa Splash Pad.

They have already written a check for $50,000 to the splash pad project for 2025, and have more investments planned in the coming years.

Heather Waack spoke more about the reason why the Maquoketa State Bank has invested into the Project. As she put it, with them being a community bank, investment back into the community is vital.

The Splash Pad now has an addition $50,000 towards the project, with $100,000 planned over the next two year. With more funding secured, and planning already underway, the Splash Pad is one step closer to reality.
