Briggs Principal announces exciting news for school construction efforts

Briggs Elementary Principal Gabrielle Recker was on our Just Talk program this morning to give updates on the school year.

One of the topics discussed was about the construction that is ongoing at Briggs, how much work has been put into planning, and that those plans will soon be acted upon.

The foundation being laid is up next, and will be starting as soon as next week. Principal Recker said that the students and teachers have adjusted well to the construction, and are excited to see more progress being made.

I asked her what the timeline for the building as of now is, as it could change, and she responded by saying the construction should be complete by March of 2027.
