Maquoketa iJAG students talk about program and it’s benefits

Today on Just Talk I spoke with some of the students from Maquoketa’s Middle School iJAG program.

They talked about the program, what they do, and the opportunities that it has presented them. Here is just one thing that drew a student to being a part of iJAG.

The students have been involved in community giving, projects, all while gaining real world skills to help them in their future. One of the events they did was a reverse career fair, where businesses and people spoke with the students about a variety of different careers.

Moesha Flake is the iJAB instructor at the middle school, and all of the students made sure to give her thanks for her efforts and help with making things possible.
