Maquoketa senior Hadley Ihrig had a great day of sport competition on Friday. She started off the afternoon in Monticello, leading the Lady Cardinal bowlers to victory over the Panthers 2490-2304 – rolling a 247 and 248 for a total score of 495 (a season best). Then, she made the 15 minute trip up to Cascade to help the top-ranked Maquoketa girls basketball team defeat the Cougars 45-36 with her best performance of the season AGAIN, putting up 15 points and 10 rebounds. Hadley has already started her senior year with first team all-conference honors in softball and volleyball, and tied the school’s single game bowling record with a 277!
