A road closure in Dubuque starts today and ends tomorrow evening.
Due to private utility work, Radford Rd. will have a southbound lane shift between Radford Ct. and Red Violet Dr. Detour signage will be posted and the city asks drivers to allow for extra time in their travels. While the construction is expected to wrap up tomorrow, it could be delayed if needed.
