Day 1 of the 2026 Jackson County Fair:

The fair kicked off as tradition with the biggest fair parade in the area. Then people were invited to come down to the fair with FREE night!! This year the City of Maquoketa donated $7,000 towards a fireworks show, which was a great way to get the fair kicked off.
