Holiday Recyclable Items

 Here are some things from Christmas that can and cannot be recycled this holiday season. Things you can recycle include: Plain wrapping paper, Cardboard boxes, Empty wrapping paper tubes, Paper shopping/gift bags, Tissue paper, Greeting cards and envelopes, including photo cards, Newspapers, magazines and catalogs, Steel and aluminum cans, Popcorn and cookie tins, Plastic bottles, tubs and jars, and Glass bottles and jars.

Now what you cannot recycle includes: Wrapping paper with metallic foil or glitter, Ribbons and bows, Styrofoam, even if it has a number on it, Plastic bags, films and bubble wrap, Artificial Christmas trees, Plastic bags filled with recyclables, place items in cart loosely, String lights, and Electronics.
