Clinton man sentenced to max of four years in prison

The sentencing summary for Clinton County was released yesterday.

Last week the most notable sentencing was Colin Kelley who pled guilty to three charges. Kelley pled guilty to two counts of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon and his 1st offence of an OWI.

Kelley was sentenced to a maximum of four years in prison and must pay over 3-thousand dollars in fines as well.

When released from prison he will be put on probation and must also complete a drinking drivers course as part of it.
