Snow cleanup in Maquoketa ongoing

Maquoketa has asked for residents to help snow clearing efforts in the city.

They ask that cars parked on the side of streets be moved so plows can get as close to the curb as possible. They also want to remind residents to clear their sidewalks as quickly as they can, to help with the clean up, make the walkways more safe, as well as to avoid fines.

Information comes from the City of Maquoketa’s Facebook page.
