Multiple towing’s over cold snowy weekend

There were many towing’s that occurred in Jackson County over the weekend.

At least five different vehicles required towing as a result of accidents, most involving deer. Other towing’s were for vehicles that died as a result of lights being left on. As a reminder, always make sure lights are off in your vehicles before leaving.

Cold is harder on batteries and will drain them ever quicker than normal, potentially leaving you stranded. Double check your lights, and keep some jumper cables in the vehicle just in case.
