Dubuque woman held without bond in Jackson County Jail

A Dubuque woman remains in custody at the Jackson County Jail stemming from an incident on October 20th.

39-year-old Sheena Chamber was arrested on Tuesday for a warrant, and is being charged with Domestic Violence with intent to inflict serious injury, as well as false imprisonment.

Chamber will remain in custody without bond until her initial appearance in court.
