Bellevue’s “Unwrap the Magic of Christmas” right around the corner

Today on our Just Talk segment I spoke with Olivia Junk from the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce about their event, Unwrap the Magic of Christmas on Saturday Nov. 29th. This is one of the biggest and longest running events in Bellevue, and sees participation from many businesses and organizations throughout the area. The whole day is packed full of events, with it all kicking off with a vendor show held in Marquette’s gyms.

The vendor show will go until 2pm, but there are still countless events, businesses, and fun to be had throughout the entire town. Businesses will be having extended hours, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for kids to talk and take photos with, and hot chili served by the Bellevue Fire Department. All of this will crescendo to the parade of lights that will go right down main street.

The parade has been going on for years, as long as Olivia can remember. This year they are also doing something a little extra special. After the parade, there will be fireworks that will light up the sky. The entire town will be participating in this event, and they are hoping that you will stop by and participate in the celebration as well.
