A reminder that this Friday is Maquoketa’s Trick or Treating event!
The exact time will be from 5pm-7pm within the city. As Halloween falls on a Friday, trick or treating will be happening the same day. Maquoketa Schools also release early on Fridays, which gives plenty of time for the ghouls, goblin, and witches to get ready to terrorize the city for its candy.
For anyone driving in town during that time, take extra caution when doing so.
